I met Roxanne as part of an overall wellness assessment I had at Prestige Fitness in Tucson. I walked in thinking I was fine other than a little shoulder pain but quickly realized that my posture had really gotten out of alignment. 

 

Egoscue is a postural therapy designed to eliminate chronic pain without drugs or surgery. It focuses on a series of gentle stretches and exercises to correct misalignments in the musculoskeletal system of the body. This is a conversation with Roxanne and it's about why posture alignment is important, how we fall out of alignment and how we can heal naturally using the Egoscue Method.
